The secret to health….

Is that there is no secret.

No fads, no one thing, no amazing supplement or medication that can cure all.

It is in the everyday routine of everyday things. Health is like everything else in our lives. We grow and improve with consistent small efforts, working a little bit every day towards making big overall changes towards better health.

1. Eating more colourful vegetables, and healthy fats

2. Sleeping well 7 – 8 hours each night

3. Drinking more water and less caffeine and alcohol

4. Breathing deeply to relax, getting in fresh clean air

5. Move and exercise try for 4 x a week a combination of strength, flexibility and cardio.

6. Thinking clear thoughts, having hope and optimism

7. Digesting your food well, having regular easy bowel movements daily.
